Hi, I'm Dr. Carrie Sweetser, a licensed clinical psychologist helping adolescents and adults in the Twin Cities. I started my private practice Memor (latin for mindful), after 15 years of providing therapy. I am a warm, curious and non-judgmental therapist who will facilitate lasting change by collaborating with you as we work together toward your goals. I have expertise in a variety of evidence based treatments which I draw on to provide you with individualized, evidence based care. I often incorporate mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my work. I am passionate about creating a safe space for my clients, and it is an honor to be trusted with your unique and personal story. It is my mission to honor and affirm people of all backgrounds and identities. I am social justice oriented and strive to always use a multicultural and trauma informed lens.
